How Can cold Along With Numbness In The Toe Be Treated?

I have cold and numbness in my toes constantly. Started about 3 days ago. I can only warm them using warm water and that doesn t last long. I wear socks to sleep and use an electric blanket but the cold and tingling wake me up throughout the night.

Hi,

The tingling sensation of the toe can be because of transient nerve injury, you need to take multivitamins, vitamin B12 at least for a month as supplements.

The coldness of the toe can be either because of the blockade of blood vessels or due to the severe temperature drop. Make sure you are having regular exercise to maintain proper blood flow to your body.

You can further visit a general physician to get it properly evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
